About Me: I was adopted and grew up in West Long Branch, New Jersey. I have a twin brother and a younger sister. I went to college at, Tobe Coburn (NYC), Lansdowne College (London, England) and Monmouth University (NJ) where I earned my teaching degree in Education and English. I took a teaching job at Wall Intermediate School (WIS) in New Jersey where I taught Social Studies and English and eventually designed and taught the 6th grade computer curriculum. While at WIS, I also ran the yearbook, newsletter, drama tech club, and computer club. I also served as the school's web master, turnkey trainer and was a member of the District's Technology committee, the WIS Academic honors program, the Natural Helpers Program, and the WIS Knighting Committee. As you can see, I like to be involved in a lot of activities! I have lived in Florida since 2006 with my daughter, Ava, and my husband, David. I have been teaching for over 15 years and I look forward to an amazing year with my new class!!!!!
